SHIPPING POLICIES Orders are shipped by one of three methods, either via USPS Priority mail, via FEDEX Ground Service, or via UPS Ground Service . Orders will ship out of our warehouse no later than 2 business days after you place your order. We also offer Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air shipping for FEDEX and UPS. All orders going to Alaska or Hawaii must be shipped 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air with Fedex or UPS. Fedex and UPS do not deliver to P.O Boxes, therefore you must include a complete & valid street address with your order for Fedex service, or use USPS Priority Mail. Please note that Fedex and UPS do not deliver on weekends or holidays. Do not count these days, or the day your package is picked up from our warehouse by Fedex, UPS, or USPS priority, when estimating your delivery time. USPS will deliver packages on Saturdays. |

Credit Cards: We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. Money Orders: Please call our toll-free customer service department at 1-800-899-8980, to place your order first, then we will give you your exact shipping and total charges prior to mailing your payment out to us. Payments sent without sufficient shipping charges will be returned. Money orders are shipped immediately upon receipt. Phone Orders: Please call our toll-free customer service department at 1-800-899-8980 if you would like to place your order over the phone instead of on our website. Pricing of product is the same for web orders and phone orders.

APO / FPO ORDERS
All APO/FPO orders are shipped via USPS Priority mail within 24 hours. All orders will be charged actual shipping based on weight of package and destination as determined by the USPS. Please note that in our shipping your order via USPS Priority Mail, you must first allow 2-5 days in-transit time for your package to reach the APO/FPO Station. From the point your package reaches the APO/FPO Station, delivery is then in the hands of the military mail system. Depending on your location and the level of service provided by the APO/FPO mail system to your region, forwarding time will range from a few days to several weeks. |
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We presently do not ship outside of the continental U.S., with the exception of Alaska, Hawaii, and military APO/FPO addresses. We will be shipping International Orders in the near future.....please check back to see when this feature is available. |
SALES TAX
None of the products currently sold by Sports Nutrition are considered taxable items in the state of Connecticut. |
RETURN POLICY
Sports Nutrition stands behind all of its products for freshness and quality. Products not meeting these requirements can be returned at no charge. Unopened returns for reasons other than freshness and quality will be returned at the customers expense. These are subject to a 25% restocking fee, and only store credit can be issued. All returns require a Return Authorization (RA) number, obtained by calling our toll-free hotline at 1-800-899-8980. Returns without an RA number will be refused. *Note - Due to the manufacturer's own return policy, we cannot accept the return of any VPX Sports products, or Muscletech products that have been opened. |
